(Ya sab\u00e9is que me encanta explicar cosas) Para comenzar el famoso MANIFIESTO \u00c1GIL, que parece poca cosa, pero visto desde una empresa \u201cclasica\u201d puede ser un verdadero dolor de cabeza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  3. Colaboraci\u00f3n con el cliente sobre negociaci\u00f3n contractual<\/li>
  4. Respuesta ante el cambio sobre seguir un plan<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Para entender el manifiesto hay que comprender que todo lo que est\u00e1 situado a la derecha de las frases es importante, pero tiene m\u00e1s valor todo lo situado a la izquierda. Esta manera de ver el manifiesto es para remarcar que \u201cnos gusta que los planes salgan bien\u201d y es por ello que tenemos que enfocarnos en que necesitan las personas, trabajar con personas; Si tenemos que fallar hay que hacerlo r\u00e1pido y barato para pivotar; Entregar un producto viable en el menor tiempo posible para que este comience a producir valor; Convertirnos en un equipo junto con el cliente (win-win) y que el equipo est\u00e9 abierto al T2M y las modificaciones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
